Gene expression profile of liver tissue of C57BL/6J mice infected with T. marneffei.csv

<i>T. marneffei</i> infection results in liver damage in the host. Here, we present the gene expression profile of <i>T. marneffei </i>infection in the liver tissue of C57BL/6J mice. An infection model was established by intravenous injection of <i>T. marneffei </i>conidia. Liver tissues were collected at 3, 7, and 14 days post-infection, and RNA-seq analysis was performed. The reads were obtained from the sequencing machine and further refined for high-quality clean reads using fastp software (version 0.18.0). HISAT 2.2.4 was employed to map the paired-end clean reads to the reference genome, and the read counts for each individual gene were calculated.

马尔尼菲篮状菌（T. marneffei）感染可引发宿主肝脏损伤。本数据集收录了C57BL/6J小鼠肝脏组织感染马尔尼菲篮状菌后的基因表达谱。实验通过静脉注射马尔尼菲篮状菌分生孢子构建感染模型，分别于感染后第3、7、14天采集肝脏组织，开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。测序仪产出的原始reads经fastp软件（版本0.18.0）质控过滤，得到高质量清洁reads；随后使用HISAT 2.2.4工具将双端清洁reads比对至参考基因组，并计算每个基因的reads计数。
