Artificial perches - Serra de Inhoaíba, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

The raw data consist of records of bird use of artificial perches in a degraded area of the Atlantic Forest, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Data were collected through direct field observations at 10 artificial perches over 22 non-consecutive days during the dry season, totaling 258 hours of sampling. Observations were conducted continuously from 6:00 to 18:00. For each recorded landing, the date, time, bird species, and number of records were noted. Environmental data (wind, temperature, and precipitation) were obtained from nearby meteorological stations and associated with the biological records.本原始数据集包含巴西里约热内卢大西洋森林退化区域内，鸟类使用人工栖架的相关记录。数据于旱季期间，通过在10个人工栖架上开展的野外直接观测采集完成，观测总时长为258小时，涉及22个非连续观测日。观测时段为每日6:00至18:00的连续时长。针对每一次记录到的鸟类降落事件，均记录了观测日期、具体时间、鸟类物种以及降落频次。环境数据（风速、气温与降水量）取自周边气象站点，并与本次生物观测记录完成关联匹配。
