Single-Cell RNA-seq immune profile of normal and inflammed mouse skin

Comparison of mouse immune cells from skin treated with oxazolone or imiquimod This data includes 18 samples (4 treatment groups, each with 3 replicates (12 mice total)). The treatment groups are: IMQ-C (no IMQ treatment negative control (Vanicream)), IMQ (5% Imiquimod cream), OXA-C (no oxazolone challenge negative control), OXA (oxalazone sensitization and challenge). IMQ-C serves as the negative control for the IMQ samples and OXA-C is the negative control for the OXA samples. OXA-C and OXA replicates contain transcript (scRNA-seq) data and epitope (CITE-seq) data which are listed as separate samples. However, the CITE-seq and scRNA-seq data for each replicate comes from the same mouse (for example: OXA-C Replicate 1 - RNAseq and OXA-C Replicate 1 - CITE-seq is from the same mouse). There is no CITE-seq data for IMQ-C and IMQ groups.
