Durations of Mitosis and Cytokinesis for Control & TTFields-Exposed HeLa and MCF-10A Cells

Data obtained in live-cell imaging experiments with HeLa cells exposed to TTFields using the Novocure inovitro live system. The data was analyzed to determine the durations of mitosis and cytokinesis in both unexposed and TTFields-exposed HeLa and MCF-10A cells.

本数据集采自采用诺沃库勒（Novocure）inovitro活细胞成像系统（inovitro live system），对暴露于TTFields（肿瘤电场治疗，Tumor Treating Fields）的海拉细胞（HeLa）开展的活细胞成像实验。经对所获数据进行分析，明确了未暴露及TTFields暴露的海拉细胞与MCF-10A细胞的有丝分裂（mitosis）与胞质分裂（cytokinesis）持续时长。
