This repository contains data generated as part of Figure 3 in Verbiest, et al. “Mutation and selection processes regulating short tandem repeats give rise to genetic and phenotypic diversity across species”. <br> Each file contains a list of short tandem repeats (STRs) identified in each species analyzed. Files are named “${genomebuild}.trf.filt.bed” where $genomebuild gives the name of the genome assembly used. Files are tab-delimited with columns: chromosome, start, end, repeat unit length, repeat unit sequence, full repeat sequence. <br> Code for generating these files can be found at https://github.com/gymreklab/STR-Evolution-Review. <br>
