We reported the transcriptomic analysis on A549 cells infected with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV). Overall design: A549 cells were infected with lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus strain Amstrong at an MOI of 0.01 or mock-treated. At 36 hours post infection, cells were collected for mRNA extraction and sequencing. Each treatment has three independent repetitions.
