The Human GENCODE release 38 toy data

This is a small subset of the GENCODE Human version 38 for the purpose of trial run and testing of Biosurfer, a tool to surf the biological network, from genome to transcriptome to proteome and back to gain insights into human disease biology.本数据集为通用基因编码（GENCODE）人类参考基因组版本38的小型子集，用于试运行与测试生物冲浪工具（Biosurfer）——该工具可探索生物网络，实现从基因组到转录组、再到蛋白质组的跨组学分析，并支持反向回溯，以深入解析人类疾病生物学。
