KBase Narrative - Draft Genome of Exiguobacterium indicum strain LL15

Exiguobacterium indicum has often reported from a wide variety of environmental samples, ranging from extreme to common habitats. Here we report the 3.1-Mb draft genome of E. indicum strain LL15, discovered during an investigation of freshwater lakes in residential-urban environments.印度极小杆菌（Exiguobacterium indicum）常被报道分离自各类环境样本，涵盖极端生境与常见生境。本研究报道了一株在城市人居环境淡水湖泊调查中发现的印度极小杆菌菌株LL15的3.1 Mb草图基因组。
