50-kHz vocalization subtypes emitted by male rats anticipating a sexual partner: lack of effect of amphetamine withdrawal

The experiment tested 32 male rats as they anticipated access to a sexually-receptive female rat. USV recordings were taken during the 2-min pre-access period before the male was allowed restricted interaction with the female. The USV recordings were analyzed for the test days 1, 2, 4, 6, 8.

本实验以32只雄性大鼠为研究对象，观察其在预期可接触性接受雌性大鼠时的相关信号。实验于雄性大鼠被允许与雌性大鼠进行受限互动前的2分钟预接触时段内，录制其超声波发声（Ultrasonic Vocalization，USV）信号；并在第1、2、4、6、8个测试日对所录制的USV信号进行分析。
