Data of de novo assembly and functional annotation of transcriptome of Seven Peninsular Malaysian Amomum Roxb. species

The unigene file provided represents the transcriptome data of seven Amomum species found in Peninsular Malaysia. De novo assembly using Trinity software was conducted, followed by the utilization of corset software to obtain unigenes. A coassembly approach was utilized to generate this data.

本次提供的单基因（unigene）文件，对应马来半岛分布的7种豆蔻属（Amomum）植物的转录组数据。本数据集采用共组装策略生成：首先通过Trinity软件完成转录组从头组装，随后借助corset软件提取得到单基因序列。
