Cercospora species are economically important pathogens for their ability to infect valuable staple crops, such as soybean and maize, causing significant yield losses. The objective of this study was to perform the genome assembly and comparative genomic analyses of the pathogens C. cf. flagellaris, C. kikuchii and C. cf. sigesbeckiae that cause Cercospora Leaf Blight (CLB) in soybean.
