本数据集为使用PoPoolation2工具生成的同步堆积（pileup）文件，包含了用于Base组与第15代种群对比分析的所有受试种群的等位基因信息。科克兰-曼特尔-亨塞尔（Cochran Mantel Haenzel）检验的P值被附加于每条单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）记录的最后一列。受试种群的排列顺序如下：BR1、BR3、BR2、F15R4、F15R5、F23R1、F27R5、F37R4、F37R5、F37R1。
