9H0T diffraction dataset for the crystal structure of the N-terminal domain of BC2L-C lectin in complex with a beta-fucosylamide side-product

X-ray diffraction images collected 16th of december 2023 on beamline proxima 1 at SOLEIL synchrotron, Saint Aubin, France for PDB ID9H0U using a DECTRIS EIGER X 16M detector. X-ray raw diffraction images and xdsme processing files for the structure of the N-terminal domain of BC2L-C lectin in complex with a beta-fucosylamide side-product at 1.32 angstrom.本数据集的X射线衍射图像于2023年12月16日采集自法国圣欧班SOLEIL同步辐射光源Proxima 1光束线，使用DECTRIS EIGER X 16M探测器完成，用于解析蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank，PDB）编号9H0U的相关结构。数据集包含BC2L-C凝集素N端结构域与β-岩藻糖酰胺副产物形成复合物的X射线原始衍射图像，以及对应的xdsme处理文件，该复合物结构的解析分辨率为1.32埃。
