Sphere_NoIncorporated_boundary_scag

This data contains the boundaries of the Sphere of Influence in the SCAG Region for the year 2024, updated as of March, 2025. The Sphere of Influence represents the geographic extent to which a city can expand by annexation. The original sphere of influence boundary data was obtained from county local agency formation commissions (LAFCOs)to reflect the most current updates and then was reviewed and cleaned up by SCAG staff. This data will be further reviewed and updated as SCAG continues to receive feedbacks from LAFCOs, subregions and local jurisdictions.本数据集包含2024年南加州政府协会（Southern California Association of Governments, SCAG）辖区内的势力范围（Sphere of Influence）边界数据，更新至2025年3月。此处所称势力范围，指城市可通过行政兼并实现扩张的地理范围。原始势力范围边界数据取自各郡的地方机构组建委员会（Local Agency Formation Commissions, LAFCOs），以反映最新的更新情况，随后由SCAG工作人员完成审核与数据清理工作。本数据集后续将随着SCAG持续收到来自LAFCOs、各次区域及地方管辖当局的反馈意见，进一步开展审核与更新工作。
