3D-NH tool

The 3D reddening cube obtained as described in Doroshenko 2024 (3D-NH-tool) and accompaining code. The files are:

ebv_fin.npz - numpy archive containing the 3D reddening cube and conversion coefficients to convert reddening to extintion

usage_example.py - an example code to query the cube from python

map_creation.py - code used to create the cube (most of it) and the plots. Some parts are pre-computed, but the idea shall be clear. The missing files are available upon request from the author.
