Phylogenomic dataset and concatenation of 175 conserved proteins based on Lax et al. 2018

A revised version of the dataset used by of Lax et al. 2018 for the phylogenomic reconstruction of the eukaryotic tree of life. The file includes all the individual 175 markers used and its concatenation in a single file.
