These are the raw data for the manuscript by Soor and Tigert et al., "Changes in gill neuroepithelial cells and morphology of threespine stickleback (<i>Gasterosteus aculeatus</i>) to hypoxia and simulated ocean acidification". This data is included in figures 2, 4, 5 and 6. These experiments were to determine how both hypoxia and high carbon dioxide affects the changes of stickleback gills, looking at both neuroepithelial cells and changes in gill morphology.

本数据集为Soor与Tigert等人所著学术论文《低氧与模拟海洋酸化条件下三刺棘鱼(Gasterosteus aculeatus)鳃神经上皮细胞及鳃形态变化》的原始数据。该数据集对应论文中的图2、图4、图5及图6。本实验旨在探究低氧与高二氧化碳环境对三刺棘鱼鳃的影响,同时观测其神经上皮细胞及鳃形态的变化。
