Researcher's Systematic Game Journal and Analytic Memo of Minecraft Education Edition: Planet Earth III

This dataset contains research data used in the study "Simulating Survival: Ecological Knowledge in Digital Sandbox Learning". The study investigates how digital game-based learning (DGBL) designs can cultivate deep ecological literacy and planet-centered empathy through non-human embodiment. Conducted by playing the game Minecraft Education Edition: Planet Earth III in its entirety. The data set includes the gameplay journal, the analytic reflexive memos of the researcher, and the screenshots taken during the gameplay.
