HYDRAULIC FORCE REDUCTION IN A MANUALLY-OPERATED DIRECTIONAL CONTROL POPPET VALVE - EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH

Raw results data of experimental research work on prototypes regarding the use of hydraulic force reduction in a manually-controlled directional control valve, intended for controlling powered roof supports in longwall complexes in hard coal mines. Hydraulic force reduction is essentially intended to reduce the forces acting on valve elements, which enables their enlargement and, consequently, increases flow. The basic problem that was investigated was the potential loss of the high seal level when closing the flow of hydraulic fluid, which is an important feature of directional control poppet valves.
本数据集为针对硬煤矿长壁综采工作面中用于控制液压支架的手动换向阀开展液压减力方案的原型试验研究的原始结果数据。液压减力的核心目的是降低作用于阀元件的作用力,借此扩大阀元件的通流截面,进而提升流体通流量。本次研究考察的核心问题为:在切断液压流体通路时,锥阀式换向阀(directional control poppet valves)的高密封性能可能出现潜在损耗,该特性正是锥阀式换向阀的重要性能特征。
