Multiple CTCF sites contribute to stable enhancer-promoter interactions in the ß-globin locus

We propose that multiple CTCF sites on same motif orientation could cooperate with each other for stable enhancer-promoter interactions in the ß-globin locus. Overall design: H3K27ac, H3K27me3 ChIP-seq was performed in control (Con), C3- and C4-deleted (dC34) and C5-, C6- and C7-deleted (dC5-7) MEL/ch11 cells.
