Collaborative Spanish Variant Server

Welcome to the Collaborative Spanish Variant Server. CSVS is a crowdsourcing initiative to provide information about the genomic variability of the Spanish population to the scientific/medical community. It is useful for filtering polymorphisms and local variations in the process of prioritizing candidate disease genes. CSVS currently stores information on 2352 unrelated Spanish individuals. We accept submissions from WES or WGS.

欢迎使用协作式西班牙变异服务器（Collaborative Spanish Variant Server，简称CSVS）。CSVS是一项众包项目，旨在为科研与医疗界提供西班牙人群的基因组变异相关信息。该数据库可在候选疾病基因优先级排序流程中，用于过滤多态性位点与局部变异。当前CSVS共存储了2352名无亲缘关系西班牙个体的相关数据。我们接收全外显子组测序（Whole Exome Sequencing，WES）或全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing，WGS）的提交数据。
