Gene expression profile at single cell level of tumor-infiltrating neutrophils (TINs) of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) tumors

To investigate the mechanism of tumor inhibitory effect of rhG-CSF administration, TINs were obtained from control and rhG-CSF–treated CCA-bearing mice and analyzed by scRNA-seq. Overall design: TINs (CD45+CD11b+Ly6G+) were obtained from control (n = 2) and rhG-CSF–treated (n = 2) CCA-bearing mice by fluorescence-activated cell sorting and analyzed by CEL-Seq2 (control_1: 14 plates, control_2: 12 plates, G-CSF_1: 13 plates, G-CSF_2: 13 plates). Sequencing was performed on Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
