INFILTRATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE HUNGARIAN EVIDENCE LAW RELATING TO CIVIL CASES

The article covers the topic of what challenges the Hungarian evidentiary system has faced in recent years in civil cases, primarily from the direction of information technology. The paper provides a comprehensive overview of the responses received from the legislator and where this did not resolve some issues, what kind of challenge this posed for judicial practice. It also provides a brief description of some legal cases where Hungarian courts responded to IT challenges. It confronts the reader with the problems that are still unsolved or are expected to appear in the near future. In the latter area, it is primarily about the questions raised by artificial intelligence.本文围绕匈牙利民事证据制度近年来在信息技术维度下所面临的各类挑战展开探讨。本文全面梳理了立法机关出台的相关应对举措，并针对部分未能通过立法化解的问题，剖析其对司法实践所带来的具体挑战。此外，本文还简要介绍了匈牙利法院应对信息技术挑战的若干司法判例。同时，本文还梳理了当前尚未解决的问题，以及预计在不久的将来会涌现的新问题。在上述即将出现的新问题领域中，核心讨论主题为人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）所引发的各类议题。
