Dataset accompanying publication "Large-scale analysis of environmental and ecological impacts of marine finfish aquaculture in the Mediterranean"

This is a dataset spanning five years of environmental monitoring of marine finfish farms in Greece. Data were collected from 343 stations near 106 fish farms and comprise macrofaunal data on family level as well as sediment parameters (granulometry) and geochemical data (total organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, copper, zinc, redox measurements).Data presented here are anonymised to protect the identity of individual fish farms, thus farm names, company names and coordinates have been removed.

本数据集涵盖希腊五年间海水鱼类养殖场的环境监测数据。数据采集自106座养殖场周边的343个监测站点，包含科阶元的大型底栖动物（macrofauna）数据、沉积物参数（粒度分析，granulometry）以及地球化学数据，具体包括总有机碳、总氮、总磷、铜、锌含量与氧化还原电位测定值。为保护单个养殖场的身份信息，本数据集已完成匿名化处理，因此移除了养殖场名称、企业名称及监测站点坐标。
