Pain in Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease: an update

ABSTRACT Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease, the most common inherited peripheral neuropathy, has pain as one of its clinical features, yet it remains underdiagnosed and undertreated. This literature review assessed data related to pain from CMT to determine its prevalence, type and importance as a symptom, which, unlike other symptoms, is likely to be treated. The research encompassed 2007 to 2017 and included five articles that addressed pain from CMT. All of the papers concurred that pain is frequently present in CMT patients, yet its classification remains undefined as there has been no consensus in the literature about the mechanisms that cause it.摘要：夏科-马里-图思病（Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, CMT）是最常见的遗传性周围神经病，疼痛为其临床特征之一，但目前该病仍存在诊断不足与治疗不充分的问题。本综述针对CMT相关疼痛的临床数据进行评估，旨在明确该症状的患病率、类型及其临床重要性——与其他症状不同，疼痛是可通过治疗得到有效干预的症状。本研究覆盖2007年至2017年的相关文献，共纳入5篇探讨CMT患者疼痛的研究论文。所有纳入文献均一致表明，CMT患者常出现疼痛症状，但目前尚未形成统一的疼痛分类标准，且现有研究对其致病机制尚未达成共识。
