Santa Barbara Botanical Garden Database

The database contains over 50,000 records of specimens from their greater collection. Specimens include vascular plants and lichens, ranging within and outside of California. Of these records 5,500 pertain to the Santa Lucia Range. The database contains 36 fields to describe each specimen and its surroundings, including location, elevation, taxonomic name, description of terrain and plant community, time of collection, condition of collection, and abundance.
