Neutrophils were separated using Polymorphprep and used for FACS analysis.Neutrophils were cultured in RPMI-1640 with or without 100 U/mL IFN-γ and 5 ng/mL TNF supplementation for 16 hr.Neutrophils were stained with Live/Dead, anti-CD15 antibody, anti-MPO antibody, anti-FcgR1 antibody, anti-FcgR2 antibody, and anti-FcgR3 antibody.
