Neural networks for SiPM signal scintillation detector position identification

Data used to train multiclass and binary neural networks to analyse SiPM (Silicon Photomultiplier) signals in a multiplexed array of 16 detectors and detect the signal detector origin. Data acquired using an oscilloscope. Results compared with previous anger logic methods.本数据集用于训练多分类与二分类神经网络，以分析16通道复用探测器阵列中的硅光电倍增管（Silicon Photomultiplier，SiPM）信号，并识别信号对应的探测器来源。所有数据通过示波器采集获得，最终实验结果将与此前的安杰逻辑（Anger logic）方法进行对比。
