MDPR

MDPRMultimodal deep learning method based on parallel and residual structures(MDPR) is a deep learning model developed by us for predicting cancer-related T-cell receptor sequences (TCRs). This deep learning model is designed to effectively extract both the spatial structural features and sequence features of TCRs.MDPR：基于并行与残差结构的多模态深度学习方法（Multimodal deep learning method based on parallel and residual structures）是本研究团队为预测癌症相关T细胞受体序列（TCRs）所开发的深度学习模型。该模型旨在有效提取T细胞受体序列的空间结构特征与序列特征。
