Barro Colorado Island, AVA tower.Air temperature, electronic sensor, interval max/min/avgEstablished in Mar, 2011 as part of the ForestGEO Tropical Ecology, Assessment and Monitoring (TEAM) project. The original tower was Located near the center of the island at the north west corner of the 50ha plot (9.1568°, -79.8486°). In 2018 this tower was struck by a tree fall and rendered unusable. In Feb. 2019 a new 45m tower was build close by (9.1568°, -79.8486°).

巴罗科罗拉多岛（Barro Colorado Island）的AVA塔，搭载电子传感器开展空气温度监测，以间隔采样方式记录气温的最大值、最小值与平均值。该站点于2011年3月建立，作为森林动态样地全球观测网络（ForestGEO）旗下热带生态评估与监测（TEAM）项目的组成部分。原塔坐落于该岛中心附近的50公顷样地西北角，地理坐标为北纬9.1568°、西经79.8486°。2018年，该塔被倒伏树木撞击后无法继续使用。2019年2月，一座全新的45米高气象塔在原址附近建成，其地理坐标仍为（9.1568°, -79.8486°）。
