Sequences of the male-specific portions of the human Y-chromosome of Thailand and Laos populations

In this study we have sequenced a region of ~2.3 Mb of the male-specific portions of the human Y-chromosome of 928 individuals from Thailand and Laos from 59 populations spanning a large variety of linguistic groups. Double-indexed DNA libraries were enriched via in-solution capture and paired-end sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. This release contains the reads after adapter removal and merging.
