资源简介:
This study examines the transcriptomic responses of Amur ide to alkalinity stress and subsequent recovery in freshwater. Fish were exposed to 50 mmol/L bicarbonate alkalinity, sampled at day 1 (AW1), day 5 (AW5), and day 10 (AW10) of stress, and stored at -80 degrees Celsius. A control group in freshwater for 30 days underwent identical sampling (FW). After stress, fish were transferred to freshwater for recovery, sampled on days 1 (FW1), 5 (FW5), and 10 (FW10), and stored for RNA analysis.
