MAGs from the Chesapeake and Delaware Bay water samples

These MAGs were assembled from metagenomes from size-fractionated water samples collected from the Chesapeake and Delaware Bays at different salinity points at different seasons and times.本数据集涉及的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs），均从采自切萨皮克湾与特拉华湾不同盐度位点、不同季节及时段的粒径分级水样的宏基因组中组装得到。
