The mean ± Standard deviation (s.d.) of the acoustic characteristics of the leopard seals underwater calls from Rogers [39] and Rogers et al. [35], [73] Min frequency (Hz) – represents the minimum frequency measured from the calls; Frequency band (Hz) - represents the frequency band used to measure the SL and corresponds to the −3 dB points on either side of the peak frequency for each of the call types.*denotes that measurements were not made in this study but were taken from Rogers [39] and Rogers et al.
