dataset for schooltofarming

Survey data were collected from graduates in June 2016. The goal of this data serving is to try to understand if the school-to-work process in China is developing in a way that is beneficial to sustainable agriculture by improving the scarcity of young farmers and rapid aging of the farming labor in China.本调查数据于2016年6月面向毕业生群体采集。本数据集的研究目标为探究中国的从校园到职场的转型进程，是否能够通过缓解青年农民短缺以及农业劳动人口快速老龄化的现状，朝着有利于可持续农业的方向发展。
