eDNA data collected in Suva, Fiji by the PacMAN project

This dataset contains the eDNA data collected in Suva, Fiji by the PacMAN project. PacMAN (Pacific islands Marine bioinvasions Alert Network) is developing an invasive species monitoring system as well as an early-warning decision-support tool for Pacific Island States. Occurrences were generated by COI and 18S metabarcoding of water samples as well as settlement plates, and processing of barcode sequences using the PacMAN bioinformatics pipeline (https://github.com/iobis/PacMAN-pipeline). 本数据集包含PacMAN（太平洋岛屿海洋生物入侵预警网络，Pacific islands Marine bioinvasions Alert Network）项目在斐济苏瓦采集的环境DNA（eDNA）数据。该项目正致力于为太平洋岛国研发入侵物种监测系统与早期预警决策支持工具。数据集内的物种出现记录通过对水样及定植板开展细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I（COI）与18S宏条形码（metabarcoding）测序，并借助PacMAN生物信息学流程（bioinformatics pipeline）对条形码序列进行分析生成。完整采样方案可参阅PacMAN监测计划（https://unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0000379204.locale=en）。
