Civil disturbances in Washington, D.C., 1968-04-04/1968-04-08

A report by the National Capital Planning Commission that summarizes the 1968 civil disturbances in Washington, D.C. and an assessment of the damage incurred as a result of these disturbances, 1968 April 4-8.
