Sequencing of in vitro polarized bone marrow mononuclear cells-derived macrophages

The objective of this RNA-seq analysis is to compare the transcriptional profiles of in vitro-polarized macrophages to their progenitor cells, bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMNCs). BMNCs were isolated from male C57BL/6J and BALB/c mice aged 10-12 weeks and subsequently differentiated into macrophages under defined polarization conditions to serve as the experimental group. Freshly isolated BMNCs were used as the control group for comparison.
