To identify targets of miR-203a we coupled RNA-seq and AGO2-RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP-seq) in MCF10A cells expressing a control pre-miR-203a or control, empty vector Overall design: RNA from AGO2 immunoprecipitates from MCF10A cells expressing either pre-miR-203a or empty vector control were analyzed using RNAseq. Downstream analysis was compared to RNA-seq dataset.
