BE1 is a benchmark dataset for single cell RNAseq (10XGenomics platform) providing a controlled heterogeneity environment using lung cancer cell lines characterised by expressing seven different driver genes (EGFR, ALK, MET, ERBB2, KRAS, BRAF, ROS1).
Fastq files will be soon available on GEO database.
This dataset contains for each cell line:
QC of the 10XGenomics runs (metrics_summary.csv, web_summary.html).The sparse matrices generated for each experiment by cellranger software.
