Poiseuille flow test case

The compressed file contains the simulated k-space signals (signals.h5), reconstructed images (img00.vts), and the error vtk image between theoretical Poiseuille flow and reconstructed image (error.vts), for particle densities varying from 1 to 4096 particles/voxels.
