CHO cells were arrested in metaphase with colcemid, swollen in 75mM KCl, fixed, disrupted, and observed using High Voltage EM. This image was recorded with a specimen tilt angle of 46 degrees. Grouped with it is an image of the same area at a tilt angle of 54 degrees, providing an oblique stereo view of chromosome organization.
中国仓鼠卵巢（Chinese Hamster Ovary, CHO）细胞经秋水仙酰胺（colcemid）阻滞于有丝分裂中期，随后于75mM氯化钾溶液中低渗肿胀，经固定、裂解处理后采用高压电子显微镜（High Voltage EM）进行观测。该图像的样品倾斜角为46度。与之配套的是同区域倾斜角为54度的图像，二者共同提供了染色体组织的倾斜立体观测视角。
