Codon alignment of primate MORC2s. Orthologous codon sequences from 25 primate species were aligned using Muscle. Each species is abbreviated by the first three letters of the Genus and the first three letters of the Species (for example homSap, for Homo sapiens).该数据集为灵长类MORC2基因的密码子比对结果。研究选取25种灵长类物种的直系同源密码子序列，采用Muscle软件完成序列比对。每个物种以属名的前三个字母与种名的前三个字母组合进行缩写（例如智人Homo sapiens的缩写为homSap）。
