资源简介：
A tissue-specific gene regulatory network (GRN) was generated for the artery aorta using,1) Hi-C dataset from coronary artery smooth muscle cells, left ventricle cells, aorta cells, and TeloHAEC cells2) GTEx eQTL dataset from artery aorta tissue.
针对主动脉组织构建了组织特异性基因调控网络（gene regulatory network，GRN），所用数据集包含两类：1）源自冠状动脉平滑肌细胞、左心室细胞、主动脉细胞及TeloHAEC细胞的Hi-C数据集；2）源自主动脉组织的GTEx表达数量性状位点（expression quantitative trait locus，eQTL）数据集。
