RNAseq of KMT2D and KDM6A human lymphoblastoid cell lines

RNA-seq of lymphoblastoid cell lines from KMT2D/MLL2 and KDM6A patients. Human lymphoblastoid cell lines from KMT2D and KDM6A patients and controls were grown to a count of 10^6 and pelleted. RNA was extracted by Zymo Research Direct-zol RNA MiniPrep Kit. RNA-seq libraries were prepared using Nugen mRNA. Sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSEQ6000 (150bp PE). Processed reads are raw counts after aligning reads to the human genome (hg38) using STAR aligner (v2.7.3a) and computing counts using quant mode.
