Advice on (threatening) homelessness (WFS Service)

According to the "Regulation on the implementation of assistance to overcome particular social difficulties", persons in particular social difficulties live when particular living conditions are associated with social difficulties in such a way that overcoming the particular living conditions also requires overcoming the social difficulties. Subsequent assistance shall be provided to persons in so far as it is only by means of assistance under this Regulation that the threat of re-entry of particular social difficulties can be averted.依据《特定社会困难救助实施条例》，特定社会困难群体是指其特定生活状况与社会困难形成紧密关联，且克服该特定生活状况本身亦需同步解决其所面临的社会困难的人员。仅当唯有通过本条例规定的救助措施，方能规避特定社会困难再度复发的威胁时，方可向该类人员提供后续救助。
