Water solubility and barrier properties of film from Preparation of nanocellulose from bagasse and its application in chitosan composite films

The water solubility and barrier properties of CS and CNC/CS composite membranes were compared. The raw data of water solubility, Oxygen permeability and Water vapor permeability of CS and CNC/CS composite membranes are shown in the file 2.

本研究对CS（壳聚糖，Chitosan）与CNC（纤维素纳米晶，Cellulose Nanocrystals）/CS复合膜的水溶性及阻隔性能进行了对比分析。CS与CNC/CS复合膜的水溶性、氧气透过率及水蒸气透过率的原始数据详见文件2。
