The file you can download is a geopackage file created in QGIS. You can import the point shapefile directly into your GIS software. The reference system is WGS 84 / Pseudo-Mercator EPSG:3857. Here's a list of the columns in the attribute table: "fid" is the identification number, "Country" is the name of the country, "City" is the name of the city where the BTES facility is located, "X" is the x-coordinate of the point, "Y" is the y-coordinate of the point, "Year" is the year the BTES plant was built, "Type" is the BHEs type (U-tube, double-tube or coaxial), "Source" is the main BTES source. "Depth" is the maximum depth of the BHE from the ground in metres. "n°BHE" is the total number of BHE in the BTES plant. "Max Temp C" is the maximum temperature of the BTES in Celsius (C°). "Sizetot MW" is the thermal power expressed in MW. In 'Reference', you will find links to the reference paper.
