maize RNA sequencing data in transgenic leaves

This goal of this study was to reveal the effect of an overexpressed blueberry gene in maize. Transgenic and nontransgenic maize plants each has 87.5 percent of B73 and 22.5 percent of A188 genetic background were using for transcriptome comparison in leaves. The third leaf from the top of 83-day old plants at the Blister stage was used for RNA isolation and sequencing. The data will be valuable to the readers who are interested in maize genome and transcriptome data.
