Bayyinah al-Amāna: Provenance Integrity for Public Open Data — Audit and Provenance Ledger and Reproduction Dataset (v1.0)

The append-only audit and provenance ledger for the paper, plus a self-contained reproduction and audit dataset. The dataset contains the frozen capture of both datasets, its SHA-256 manifest, a standard-library reproducer (offline / --live / --selftest), and the primary auditor reports from all three cross-instance rounds. The artifact converged under Audit Framework v3.0 Standing Rule 7: the two-consecutive-pass gate was met at F-AM-R2 and confirmed clean at F-AM-R3 with the rotation gap closed. Convergence caveats are recorded in the Current State block.
